Remember when I visited London back in August and told you all about Petersham Nurseries and their fabulous restaurant? Well Skye Gyngell the chef there has a new book out. My mouth is watering just typing this. If you want to buy it then Amazon has copies at half price and if you can't afford that go here to The Independent and see some of her recipes, I bet that tempts you to buy the book.

You must go and visit Chic Today. It's an online magazine and it is seriously glossy. This is an example of the presentation. I just love the way these bags are being modeled.
It isn't only fashion they cover numerous subjects and all very professionally.

I Received My Selvedge Magazine

Due to the fact that I live in a tiny hamlet my postman doesn't leave the comfort of his van to deliver my mail. He drives down the track to the gate and throws the post up the path and into the doorway that's always open, if we are in.
This morning he did that with my Selvedge magazine. It hit a big trunk that is in the porch and got toally bent in one corner. Result - my Selvedge magazine looks like the one in the picture (all the way through).
