I am fortunate enough to own a few sets of linen bedding and I find it very hard to use any other fabric on my bed. It's soft and comfortable to the extreme, in fact t's hard to get up in the morning.
Bed and Philosophy is a French company that has the most amazing collectons, embroidered, dyed in fabulous colours and all with a hint of humour. FABULOUS!

Luxury Linens from Society Limonata
I love nothing better than good quality natural linen and I think you would have to go a long way to beat the selection at Society Limonata. I could even start to love tea towels.

Volga Linen

I get so pissed off when people say - oh I don't like linen it creases - IT'S MEANT TO CREASE!!! If linen is of good quality and has weight to it and is cut properly, it is one of the most comfortable materials to wear.
Take a look at these fabulous pieces from Volga Linen in the UK.

Lucy Loose - Novel Ideas

Lucy Loose's table linens and tea towels are gorgeous on their own but Lucy places a fabulous tag on each piece which consists of minature, relevant items on a wooden board. So imaginative.

Where's The Cutlery?

I was in my favourite shop the other day - RE in Corbridge, Northumberland. You will all have heard of RE I am sure. They have an online store but the shop itself is wonderful. It's a massive ex workshop full of wonderful vintage and new items from all over the world.
I spotted these Cotton Placemats and Napkins and just had to show you them. The images of the cutlery are so realistic that you could be forgiven for forgetting to put the real cutlery on the table.
RE are going to be available from their website in a couple of months. I will keep you posted.
If however you cannot wait you can email or telephone to order - details on their website.

Mia Zia - Beautiful Colours and Details

I bought a copy of World of Interiors Magazine the other day and came across Mia Zia. This company is based in Marrakech and is run by Valerie Barkowski who also created the Sahart Foundation for artists in Marrakech. It's a bit hard to understand just how this all works but work it does as they are producing some fabulous stuff. Just look at those perfect little tassels and cords and those colours are to die for.
