Much to my dismay I have discovered I am allergic to the bubbly stuff. If I drink any white wine I sneeze for 24 hours afterwards.Is someone trying to tell me that my champagne lifestyle is over?
I have researched this on the internet and it is quite common, the allergy being to sulphites in white wines. Great!

It's usually due to cheapos dumping in oak essence, or even chips to skip the aging process-
stick to the og French stuff.
