This is brilliant. The Fukuda's Automatic Door opens just enough to fit the exact shape of the person or object that is passing through. Saves energy, great for disabled access. Not, I think a good idea for external doors as this would be a burglars dream.
I do love innovative stuff like this in a world of daft gadgets it is nice to see something clever with numerous benefits and uses.
The name leaves a lot to be desired but it is Japanese and they seem to have a lot of words beginning in fuk.
