​ Not Just a Shoe Shop In Cheltenham - Keith Scarrott

​Have you ever visited a shop you could live in? I did last week in Cheltenham. I bought a gorgeous pair of flat shoes in a fabulous dress agency in The Suffolks area of Cheltenham. A snip at £29. The lady who sold me them pointed out the designer and said we should visit the shop which was just around the corner from the apartment we were staying in. Needless to say we went tout suite. 

Keith Scarrott (above), shoe designer, opened his shop in 1975. He has since handed over the reins to his daughter Sophie who is equally as talented as her Dad. The shoes are to die for and shockingly inexpensive. Those high boots (below) are £125 which is amazing for such style and quality.

Back to why I could live there. Well I think these photographs speak for themselves and incidentally you can buy online.

Their boxes would go to create a fabulous storage area if you could afford to buy enough pairs of shoes.

Hand sewn, beautiful buttery leather in colours to die for. All this is the footwear collection by FEIT. I have these on my wish list.

An Asymmetric Sneaker - How Brave Am I?

Anyone who knows me well knows that I need symmetry in my life. If anything is wonky it freaks me. Each of my kids are exactly the same, it's gentic, who knew? I even straighten the rug at the bottom of the bed before I get in and turn the lights out. However I can't help but love these Asymmetric Sneakers from Far Fetch. How brave am I?

Elena Dawson - Why So Secretive?

Elena Dawson is a London born fashion designer for both men and women. In her words - “I don’t like to overplan a collection and prefer it to remain at the idea stage. I don’t want to explain it to myself, to be too self-conscious of what I make when I’m making it” whatever her plans the results and other worldly, timeless and really do appeal to my eclectic taste.

However it is quite hard to find out much about this designer as her website has a link to her email and her blog which has loads of images of her designs. Elusive!!!

I Have No Use For Them But I Love Them - Nike Studio Wrap

I know I have no chance of using these but I do really love them. Made up of a wrap, a ribbon and a flat they can be used for Yoga, which I do practice but only the breathing bits. Nike you have my heart.
