I Don't Want To Be a Butcher I Just Want a Butcher's Bike

Butchers and Bicycles is based in the meat packing district of Copenhagen, hence the name. They have designed and produced this 3 wheel bike that would suit my needs completely, maybe a rain cover would be nice. Go and see the video on their website (amazing).
