I know I have featured Noel of Fanciful Designs before but this girl just keeps getting better. Her offerings at the moment are perfection itself.
It's plain to see where she gets her talents from as her mother is the owner of French Blue so really that's enough said.

Noel is wonderful! I am the owner of the flowers and the swan! She custom made them just for me ~ lucky me! She is so talented and sweet.
