I have to say that you need to ruin a perfectly good Moleskine to do it.
Whilst I am on the subject of Moleskine I would like to tell you what a great company they are. Harvey had a Moleskine that the binding broke on and he emailed Moleskine in one of his stroppy moments. They replied immediately admitting it was their fault and it should never have been sold and sent him a brand new one which arrived within a few days.
Now that's great customer service.
