Have You Tasted Poilane?

When all the hype started a few years ago about poilane bread from France I thought it was blown out of all proportion until I tasted it. WOW it was amazing.
This little collection is available online from poilane.fr and I love that slicer. When I slice bread it looks like door steps in varying sizes.
