There's some great stuff going on out there in the re-cycling world. At last people are creating stylish items from reclaimed materials. Suitcase London take used suits and turn them into the most amazing bags. What I love most about their designs is that you can still see the tailoring in the finished items.
Don't under estimate the difficulty in producing beautiful stuff from discarded items. I have been working on my Ghost Furniture range for months now and every piece we work on raises a new problem to solve but in the end it's worth it as the finished piece still retains its history but is reborn.
