As I am often banging on about France I thought I would just show you all just what you can get for your money over there.
This site vefuk.com has some amazing properties and has offices all over France. Now don't quote me on this but they say they handle everything even getting your kids into the right school. Of course there is a fee but I think it is well worth it. Each property has an honest comment in the title and there is a vast selection. The photos are clear and concise.
Anyway enough of them. Just look at this property that is on the market for just 255,220 Euros, that is just £155,675 or $287,79 at today's exchange rate. How do they do it. When I asked my daughter who lives in Paris she said there is no property ladder over there.

Amazing prices! In Los Angeles you can barely buy a garage for $200K... Got me thinking, to invest into rental properties in France, good idea! Thanks.
