Sleeping in a Meadow

Waking in the morning and seeing flowers as soon as you open your eyes is a fabulous way to start the day. Believe me I do it. I love this sort of bedding but be sure to select a good Egyptian cotton for that luxurious feeling. Margaret Muir is responsible for the lovely sets with sprigs decorating them and the big pink roses are by Designers Guild. All can be bought online.
Being a middle aged old bag I used to find waking in the morning a really stressful time until I read a book written by Kinglsey Amis and his advice was to get out of bed as soon as you start thinking and making mountains out of mole hills. By the time you've emptied the dishwasher, made a coffee, had a fag if you are that way inclined then all those mountains will feel like mole hills.
Good advice from a man and by the way Kingsley Amis wrote this book in middle age. He actually turned out to be a cantankerous old git when he reached old age but that's another story.
