We visited my son Garry's home on Saturday and Garry and I took their 2 children, Sonny & Marcie out for the afternoon. Harvey and my daughter-in-law Emma were busy writing Georgia's website (more about that tomorrow)
We went to Warkworth Castle
Which sits on the edge of the stunning town of Warkworth in Northumberland
Garry is the one with the dummy
Sonny my 3 year old grandson - isn't he beautiful?
My little princess Marcie
Isn't it unusual to see a little brother and sister completely in step with each other?
We noticed a beautifully decorated floral archway in the grounds
Suddenly people in medieval costume started to arrive, even the buggy was medieval
500 medieval people in all waited in the grounds for something, we new not what. Note the 2 medieval female peasants. Don't you love her handbag made from twigs?
It was a wedding now isn't that wonderful?

you ARE having fun aren't you?!
A lovely post. Warkworth looks my kind of town and what a perfect place for a wedding. That is breathtaking! Your grandchildren are just adorable! I guess they have good genes and Garry suits a dummy:)
Oh that is a beautiful setting for a wedding! I love that they dressed in period cosstume for the ceremony. As for your grandchildren, they are ALL beautiful! xoxox
