I haven't gone mad, really. I just can't help looking at pictures of French Butter. I love the way the French present it and package it.
Butter is delicious and should be treated with great respect not shoved in plastic tubs and mixed with oil to make it spread easily.

French butter is the absolute best. Or else the very lactic white Italian butter on sourdough bread with LASHINGS of Nutella.
