My Friend The Cappuccino Expert

I have told you before about my friend Helen Morris of The Stencil Library, well she has only gone and created some Cappuccino Stencils. All available online to anywhere in the whole wide world. Great for Christmas presents methinks.

Those Clever Dutch People

I have long been an admirer of Dutch designers. They always come up with the most clever things. I love the leather collar and gloves, the cup light and I can't tell you how many times I have spun around the kitchen looking for my oven gloves, having them as part of an apron is ingenius. David Linley, the son of Princess Margaret and Lord Snowden is a Master Craftsman and over at his website you can order this Rocking Horse that is more of a Trojan Horse as it has storage for toys inside. 2 problems here - 1. It's £5995 and 2. They have sold out. Shame.

I Want To Be a Vintage Vixen

My favourite picks from an exhibition that Christopher and Suzanne Sharp, the couple behind The Rug Company, have commissioned. 14 contemporary artists have come up with a design for a tapestry each, not a rug but a tapestry all made entirely by hand in Shanghai. Wow!
