I would go so far as to say this is one of the best ranges of ceramics I have come across. Designed and made by Roos Van de Velde in Belgium. I love the rawness of each and every piece.

Confessions of a Handbag Slut

Yes I am that slut. I buy a good handbag and use it every day until it starts to embarrass me. I can't be bothered to move everything from one bag to another. I have every bag I have used over the years from Coach to Yves St Laurent, kept in a safe place for God knows what reason.
This bag is the cleverest one I have ever bought. Designed by Edina Ronay it has two magnetic bars that hold it shut. I don't have to force it open they are only lightly magnetic but it makes my life a whole lot easier when I am out and about. No more struggling with zips or catches and I can easily look inside and find what I want in an instant.

Wall Knobs

I have just discovered a new concept in hanging things from your wall. Wall Knobs by Schoenbuch. These beautifully crafted ceramic plates are a fabulous alternative. I feel a wall knob project coming on.

Tented Wardrobes

Love these tented wardrobes by Tented Wardrobes, well what else would you call yourself. If I didn't have sloping ceilings in my bedroom I would have one of these.

It's The Scarf Instructor Again

I love this French girl who works in the scarf department of Liberty. I showed another video of her showing how to tie scarves not long ago. Now she shows how to tie a flower into a scarf for your head but I think it could look just as good around your neck or waist. I have tried it and it's a doddle.

Camping les Ormes

How's this for a tent. I am not the sort of person to rough it, never have been but this is my sort of camping. In fact I could move in there. This is Camping les Ormes just south of the Dordogne, which incidentally is near the place I am holding My Workshop next year. I may check it out.

any tent that has a green piano in it has my vote.
