Last week I featured Caroline Groves and those fabulous handmade shoes. Well here is a video of her working. Also someone called Rosie left a comment on said feature leading me to another film which shows those actual shoes being worn.
Caroline collaborated with the talented embroidery designer, Alice Archer (http://alicearcher.co.uk/work.html), on the Parakeet shoes. They have also worked together on 'Hydrangea'stilettos (http://www.carolinegroves.co.uk/news/hydrangea.html)that were featured in the Financial Times (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYH2tlRpzyk) and other pairs of unique footwear!
