Tara Bradford - My Friend In Paris

Antique French window shutters which we are using for our new cloaks cupboard.

As you may know my good friend Tara Bardford (Paris Parfait) cleared her cave and generously offered me the contents. Wow I really can't tell you how I felt when I saw what she had for me. This is one generous lady.

A Napolean III table

4 French lamps

An Art Deco Chair covered with a fabulous art deco velvet

Windows from the central stairwell of an old Parisian apartment block.

There are other pieces but they are hard to get to as I am living in the middle of a building site at the moment.
Everyone in the world should have at least one friend like this and not only did she give us all these fabulous items but she and her husband, David, made dinner for us. I am humbled.

Oh, you are sweet! I only wish I'd really cleared the cave - as you know, it's still a bit too full. Perhaps we can remedy that your next trip over? So glad to see those shutters go to good use. And I'm sure the lamps and tables will benefit from your "Ghost Furniture" skills. Such a pleasure to have you here. See you later this winter! xoxox
