This will be the last time you will see my little cottage looking like this. In 7 days time the building work starts and our cottage will be over twice the size it is now. It's exciting, thrilling, and all those other words that make you want the loo.
Our lounge/kitchen will be 40 feet long and I am going to run up and down it all day every day. I have gotten through this last year by pretending I live in a luxury stone caravan and I can't wait until the day I can hang something long in a wardrobe. I have had my dresses in a cupboard for long enough.
I will post photos of the progress every Monday without fail, builders bums and all!

ooooh, I can't wait to see it. I do hope that you keep the carpet with the grass coming out of it, though. I loved that.
