Making A New Yorker Very Happy & My Hamlet

The back of my cottage with a stile for walkers to cross

I spent a delightful day in the company (via telephone & email) of Carol Gillott of Paris Breakfasts. She was wanting to put her new banner on her site and was having a bit of trouble. I persuaded her to let me take her over to Blogger 2 and bless her she trusted me. I put up the new banner I have never heard anyone so excited in all my life.
In the process she kept asking me to show more images of where I live. So here you are Carol and I have titled the images so you know can have a little guided tour of my hamlet in The National Park of Northumberland.

The field outside my cottage usually full of sheep but today it was empty

The green in my hamlet. That's my little cottage behind the tractor.

The only sheep I could find near the cottage today. They must have heard I was coming
