A Helping Hand
This is my desk and my computer and the little bronze hand you see I bought on eBay last week. When it arrived it was much smaller than I had anticipated it was 9cms not 9 inches (note to self - get eyes tested). I loved it immediately despite it's tinyness. I had no idea what to do with it until something fell out of the power socket of my computer and obviously went up the vacuum cleaner. Bear with me here - the power plug wouldn't stay in the socket so Harvey put the hand under it to keep it in place.
Isn't it beautiful and very useful?

A beautiful helping hand, ingenious!
glad to see i'm not the only one...
Your hand is great, and it's just so darn functional don't you think? :-) I have quite a few cousins to yours, but mine have clips on the back. Does yours?
The hand is lovely - and nice that's it's functional as well!
What a treasure the tiny hand is!!
I love it & it's useful as well as beautiful!

It's very beautiful. You don't want to know how many hands I have. I bought 8 just last week. Obsession.
