A Chair That Tells a Story - What Story???

Chippenchair Paul Loebach
This is driving me mad. Apparantely there is a story in the carvings on the backrest of this Chippenchair. I have looked at it until my eyes were sore and I still can't see it.
Paul Leobach's designs are very desirable and quirky. See the table with odd legs and that gorgeous cheval type mirror.

interesting... there's a clear W at the base. The vertical part looks like an oil drilling scaffold, or the Eiffel tower, or a road disappearing away from the W. On the top, is a heart shape that has a part of leaping dolphins (or tuna?). Because of the W at the base, the chair looks the same front and back. But, I can't put all this together into a story. Unless its a George W, drilling for oil which is hurting the dolphins? Seems a long way to go for a political/environmental point.

Also if you step back you can see two birds on either side of the chair and an arrow, looks like a mouse cursor underneath the W.
