These are seriously clever cakes. Much better than my meager efforts yesterday. I baked some fairy cakes for the little one's to decorate and didn't look at the sell by date on the bag of flour. Only after everyone coughed and spluttered, because the cakes were so dry, did I notice that the sell by date was June 2004. We are all still alive and kicking though.
