Putting It Together - Shades of Purple

Purple is not so difficult a colour to decorate with. Some people are frightened by it as they feel it may overpower a room but done with different shades it can look comforting whilst still being dramatic.

I have put together some items to show just how good it can look.
Tasseled Stool and Silk Fronted Drawers from Interior Internet
Over Door Flocked Carving from English Eccentrics
Velvet Armchair from my images folder
Glass Votives from Linvosges France
Small Bow Fronted Drawers from Serge Olivares
Fainting Sofa from Urban Outfitters
Purple and Gold Flocked Wallpaper from Osborne and Little
Remember, if you have any great links to items relating to today's look just put them in the comments
below.

Tea Palace on Westbourne Grove is nice and purple, and somewhat coincidentally, is a favourite of George Osborne (next chancellor + heir to osborne & little) and his family.
