As I was leaving the Saint Ouen Flea Market the other day I suddenly got a lovely warm feeling as I passed this stand. It was beautifully lit and the armoire in the corner was drenched in that warm light. I went up to it and touched it and you could literally feel the years of loving care it had experienced.
There is nothing quite like the feel of old wood that has been taken care of.
