This Japanese site has some really clever stuff. The moveable hanger is such a simple but functional design. The book is actually a pillow. The mirror is called Wipe and the Sofa is called The Pub Sofa. I haven't seen anything as smart as that in the pubs I go into.
The company is called Bytrico and it is in Japanese and English so don't panic.
