Blog On The Go - Return Table To Sender

Stayed in a hotel that had wi-fi but at a cost, come on Ibis it's 2011! Their wi-fi kept disconnecting and I had to enter my very long username and password over and over. However delivering the Return To Sender table (above) to a very charming customer and a drive in fabulous winter sunshine to the Antiques & Home Fair in Lincoln made up for it all.
And incidentally, why when I do a post from my iPad does it leave a big gap between the title and the first image?
UPDATE: I have to change the image when I get home on my laptop. Come on Blogpress get it sorted.

I'm Off With My iPad - Blog On The Go

Antiques and Home Show
I am preparing to leave for short trip. Driving down to Leicester to deliver some Ghost Furniture then on to Lincoln to a HUGE Antiques and Home Show. Over 3,000 stalls, sellers from all over Europe and little old me tripping from one stand to the next to buy new items for our Spring Collection.
Antiques and Home Show
I love the mix of items you can find on any one stand and now I have my lovely iPad I can blog on the go so I will be reporting back live from the fair and any other place of interest I may come across.

Me and My iPad

my ipad
You are never too old to learn. I have just bought an iPad in order to blog On The Go, present big fabulous images of my Ghost Furniture and generally look very cool. At the moment it's the best thing I have ever bought but nothing major has gone wrong yet.
Do you think they have an app for that?
I am off to a massive Antiques and Home Fair for a couple of days so watch out for my On The Go blog posts of some fabulous vintage items.

Gok n Ghost

ghost furniture on gok's clothes roadshow
Gok's Clothes Roadshow started its new series on Channel 4 last night and I was not only thrilled because there was a new series but because there was a stack of my Ghost Furniture pieces being used in the Makeover rooms. Strange to see your own designs on prime time TV but very satisfying. If you missed last night's programme you can see it here.

Esther Horchner

Tea set with a sense of humour. I love that the lady in the cup has left her knickers and shoes on the spoon and saucer. Wonderful stuff by Esther Horchner who by the way is a fabulous illustrator, more of that on her website here
