Now this sort of furniture could only be designed and made in Holland, the land of very broad minded people. It is very clever and I would love a breakfast bar like the one in the top picture (mind you that could be a bit painful).
You must go and see this guy's workshop and see how he makes this stuff. There's a poor woman in some strange positions covered in plaster.

I find this disturbing - maybe for a shop or club it would be interesting, but I wouldn't want any of it in my home. The first photo reminds me of the scene in Ghost Ship (starring the ever-fabulous Gabriel Byrne in a role that was beneath him) when passengers are cut in half by steel cables. Aaaaarrrrggghhh!
