Just a Nice Little Blouse

Love this blouse (do people still call them that?) found at The Eco Chic Collection. Makes me feel very summery. Actually the weather here today is fabulous.

    I once got a Comme des Garcon top like this...it was impossible to put on..no instructions were included.
