Wierd Chocolates

A marshmallow with prune kernel oil, sprinkled with chunks of roasted pistachios gives a combination of sweet and savory tastes. They are covered by a thin chocolate layer. Don't you just love the finished article? From Pierre Marcoloni

    They look gorgeous, you almost wouldn't want to eat them! (Or would that be because of the prune oil?)
