In almost every UK restaurant you will find Sticky Toffee Pudding on the dessert menu. The Pudding Club is a famous pub/hotel in the Cotswolds where this pudding was invented. They actually have Pudding Club members that meet there and swap recipes, you know that odd stuff that the English do?
Now the hotel has revamped some of it's rooms as puddings would you believe?
The bottom one is The Chocolate Room - notice those cusions/pillows on the bed
The top one is The Spotted Dick and Custard Room, which for those of you who don't know a Spotted Dick is a pudding made with suet and dried fruit. Are we not very strange?
