Another great jelly I invented goes thus: Make a rumtopf by mixing fruit in season with equal amounts of sugar, and covering with rum each time you add more fruit & sugar (use strawberries, gooseberries, cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, raspberries, but don't use apples or blackberries or bananas). Wait till late autumn, give it a stir and serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream. The leftover juices make the most delicious jelly, but you have to add more gelatine than usual because of the alcohol content. Totally fruity and rummy - yummy!
Lotsalove, SabinaSabina Rosenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17461474.post-9543816582800218172009-03-31T16:01:00.000+01:002009-03-31T16:01:00.000+01:00Elderflower, rosewater.. I'm assuming they taste nothing like jello, right? They are absolutely beautiful though.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10198791077499236420noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17461474.post-56892414794627888722009-03-31T04:07:00.000+01:002009-03-31T04:07:00.000+01:00Makes jelly look da_ _ good!!This photo is so fest...Makes jelly look da_ _ good!!
This photo is so festive!
xox
Crochambeauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02142325813293645555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17461474.post-1467546790433075852009-03-31T02:55:00.000+01:002009-03-31T02:55:00.000+01:00droool !! i love jelly's ! and this picture only m...droool !! i love jelly's ! and this picture only makes mmy eye's drool over those coluorful varied flavoured jelly's !Sarthakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00671469646904528618noreply@blogger.com
