Dirty Deeds

deeds from 1802
Read the heading on these deeds. What do you think it says?
These are the oldest deeds to our cottage that we have. Hand written on parchment with beautiful wax seals dating from 1802. The cottage is much older than that but the previous deeds are nowhere to be found.
Back to the question - I read - This Indenture of Four Farts - is it just me or do you see that?
