yes, I have seen these here in the states. Another "soccer mom" accessory for the car I think. Almost as bad as the ubiquitous ribbon ornament/magnets every mini van is adorned with.
At least it isn't the fake bullet holes that you see on wannabe gangster's cars - now that's just stupid.
I hate those things! They seem to be taking over and I just want to smack these people! Haha.

Oh, there was a giant football on the glass of the Manchester United building (rather cool).
